ADAMS, JUSTICE (dissenting from denial of application for rehearing). Although I concur in the Dissenting opinion of Justice Jones, I write separately to explain additional reasons why I believe
the trial court's judgment is due to be affirmed. The insurance contract is ambiguous as to whether Nowlin can recover against
St. Paul to the extent of coverage; therefore, I agree with the trial court's judgment allowing Nowlin to recover the full
judgment, and, accordingly, I Dissent.
